We updated to the latest Sailwave program and are now having problem publishing to our Joomla-based website. Was working fine with the previous version of Sailwave. It looks like Sailwave is creating a file to publish that has no content, Zero KB. The files are being received by Joomla, but are empty. Any advice?
I doubt it is anything to do with the program itself. Are you using any custom templates. Maybe the location of the templates or similar needs configuring. Check the settings global options.

Sorry to hear you are having a problem.
Are you using the Joomla template that is available? I tried this
just now using Sailwave v2-25-10 and I had a file created locally
that contained the data I was expecting.
Please could you explain how you are publishing to a Joomla web
site as this will help me understand the process and perhaps
decided where your problem is occuring.
