Since having a crash on my computer and reloading many programs, including my anti-virus software, I have been unable to publish meeting results via my browser. What do I do to recectify this? Prior to the crash I had no trouble, is there a setting somewhere that will enable Sailwave to access my browser? The message I get up on selecting 'Publish' is 'Alt Penalty.htm' followed by 'access denied'

You have the FTP set up OK? (Set up, Global Options, FTP)

Mike - I think Barbara is getting this fault when publishing locally, not via a website server.
Its probably due to the PC settings not being correct for the browser. As a test, via Windows Explorer, double click a htm file (e.g. an old set of published results) If this opens a browser window, then the problem is elsewhere.
If it brings up an error mesage, then the file settings for files with suffix html, html are missing or incorrect. In Windows Explorer, select Tools' then
Folder Options’. Scroll down the (long) list to htm annd html. If the settng is not Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Opera, select the `Change’ button and set the required programme.
