Bill,
I think I have an Excel spreadsheet buried away somewhere if that would be
any help.

Hello cycfleetcapt,

A somewhat roundabout tactic that I think will work:
Do a fake race in Sailwave, giving everyone the same start and finish times - then the differences in the corrected times will be the offsets on start time that you need. You would need to pick a finish time that would give a reasonable race duration for some boat in the fleet.
