PY ratings not showing after import of csv file

Just switched to 2.5.1 and importing competitors and class of boat from csv file. We use a PY based ratings file loaded into the directory. After the import when we do Edit+Competitor, all the classes of boat from the import are at the top of the drop down list and no ratings will show for them. However if we select a class of boat that has not been imported, the correct rating drops into the rating box.
Can anyone help please?

Yes thanks. Now realised that PYs are assigned when you a score series. I thought they had to be selected manually in Edit Competitor as per previous versions. Useful labour saving device but it threw me to begin with:-)
