Hi Sharon,
First could you tell me which version of Sailwave you are running.
Second Error 500 means that the RYA server return the fact that it had an internal error. Which ideally it shouldn’t do but this is possibly due to some of the data being in an un-expected format such as date and time, as the RYA now require it in Year Month Day format. It could be for some other reason however.
If you would like to share your Sailwave file I’m sure someone would be willing to give it a look over for any potential problems.
Additionally I wouldn’t expect Sailwave to have an exception when it received the internal error so I’m interested to know the version and see if I can reproduce it. But then I would hope the RYA server didn’t send a message that it had an internal error.

Hi John,
Many thanks for the quick reply.
We’ve just updated to Sailwave version 2.19.8 running on Windows 10
I have been through the file, changed the dates, removed any special characters etc but have attached it in case I’ve missed something obvious.
Kind Regards,
Sharon

Hi Sharon,
I think the problem is that you have probably put a * in the Races to send
But your race 1 has no results if you change the races to send to say 2-10 I think it will work
