qualification

I've done the first draft of the qualification stuff. Here's a link to an
example that needed 5 races to qualify. Notice that's it's just a reporting
issue rather then a scoring issue; i.e. the points remain there to view but
the position has changed to DNQ as appropriate.

I intend to release tonight so if I've got it wrong please let me know ASAP.

I personally do not show points for those who do not qualify, as it is possible for a non qualifier to score less points than a qualifier. See www.cmyc.co.uk race results/At Hedgecourt/Early Summer am.

I would prefer to handle that and the issue of a separate table for the
non-qualifiers (as you have done) as part of the publishing changes I have
planned - i.e. as opposed something hard-wired. Due to time constraints I
have to concentrate on functional stuff at present.

I have attached a Sailwave style that uses your colour scheme - if you can
live with the results like that for a couple of months it might make your
life easier...?

Save the file to the styles folder in the sailwave installation folder
(usually c:program files\sailwave) and then publish and choose the Crawley
style.

You can make the DNC go away (as per your example) by changing that specific
code format to exclude the code itself in edit+scoringsystem - and then the
codes tab - edit the DCN code format to be blank everywhere. Then it's look

Am I correct in assuming that it will show all the qualified boats in
finishing order followed by the non qualified boats, regardless of points?
What order do you list the non qualified boats in?

plan was to be able to see what the series would look like without
qualification *and* show boats that did not qualify.

I have tested the qualification on one of our race series which as 3
fleets the qualification profile works on two of the fleets but not
on the third.

I have checked that all the fleets set up the same.
Is this a bug, I am using 1.47 beta6
