Used Sailwave V1.50 for the first time this weekend to score a PHRF
race. So am definately a newbie. I did find what appears to be a
glitch in the points allocated to boats with the same corrected time.
In one race, two boats ended up with elapsed times of 35:45 and were
both scored with 2 points. Rule A7 would indicate they should both
be given 2.5 points.
Am I missing something or is this a bug?

The appendix A default is averaged points as you indicate, but it (or the
guidance doc) also mentions that an alternative is shared points; i.e. both
second and third places get 2 points and then the fourth boat gets 4 points.
You can choose between averaged and shared race tie breaking in
Edit+ScoringSystem.
