Race Weighting

Dear Colin,

I would also like to see a race weighting facility added to sailwave.
For instance our National Ranking Ladder is made up of the best 2
Provincial Regatta positions (1 x weighting) and 2 x the value of the
overall Nationals Position. I can set the Nationals as non-discardable
but cannot make the points scored equal to twice their final overall
position.
