Hi
I'm being really stupid here, but how do you set the number of races to qualify in a series? I have a 4 race series, with 1 discard after 2 races, which I've put in as 0,0,1, but when I publish results after the series is finished, it says in the header 4 to qualify, whereas we use half the number of races + 1 to qualify. Any ideas?

Thank you for this. The Qualifying profile was turned off in the front preferences panel, so it didn't show in the series scoring panel. This has saved me from an annoyed Phantom sailor (They're very big) (but I'm sure the PY is vastly overrated)
FYI – you can also enter in the discards & qualifying profiles
and equation. The information is in the help and if you hover the mouse over
the box the help information is displayed for a short period, but if you press
the F2 key before it disappears the help file will be opened in the right
place.

Just an add...
You could type "0.5*s+1" in the qualifying profile too
This way it counts half the sailed races plus one, regardless on the number of sailed races
