I am a newbie to this group, and my apologies for not

additional apologies if this duplicates a previous post which I cannot browse:
I would be interested in setting up a ratings file for the
Clyde Yacht Clubs Association Handicap system (http://www.cyca-online.org.uk/) and
potentially for the KLR handicap system.
In the case of the CYCA handicaps it is a list of classes
and individual boats with their handicaps. CYCA quote that TCF is (60-Handicap
in Mins per hour)/60. I just need to be able to import the list. I
think I can do it by creating a csv file with TCF in the first column, boat
name in the second and the TCF in the final column. Is this correct?
The other system I am interested to be able to handle is the
KLR system (http://www.fky.org/regatta/klr-engl.htm)
. While I would not suggest that sailwave perform the calculation, how
would this be best handled?
