For RC points, we have tried using "average points (except DNC's)" however
we find a problem with the way Sailwave looks at a DNC when it is a discard.
Hierarchically, it says that anything discarded is included in the average
points even when it is a DNC. Whereas, we meant for a DNC to NOT be
included no matter what.
Example: Race 1 (DNC discarded), Race 2 (DNC kept), Race 3 (4 pts), Race 4
(RC): we meant to provide the racer with 8 pts for the series, but
Sailwave does not. It included the discarded DNC pts.
We are trying to provide the RC (volunteers from the racing fleet) with
points to represent their series performance, without any penalty for not
coming to the starting area.
Any chance that there could be a bucket called "avg. points not including
DNC even when DNC is discarded"?

how r u?i'm a girl who likes sailing very much but i'm not alowed to do it as a profetional couse we don't have conditiones! i'm sailing 470, i'm a skipper and i would like more details about this class! we don't have a good boat ider, we're compiting on international races but without any results because of our bad trainings in the lake!
can u tell us (me and my crew) what shell we do about this situation? couse we don't want to quit!
