re - Different start times

For race 1, go to edit race (right click on race header), create new starts as required, then edit each start, to add start time or to specify recording as elapsed times, also specifying the classes in each start.

After that is set up, go to Copy Starts and copy these settings to the other races. If you are recording as finish times, you then have to edit each race to specify the start time for each start. Elapsed times would be simpler.

Presumably you have included Phantoms as being part of the Fast Fleet and Lasers in the Medium Handicap fleet?

Within our Fast Handicap Fleet we would like to give our Phantom sailors their own start, but still score them as part of the Fast Fleet.

Similarly, I would like to give our Laser sailors their own start but score them as part of the Medium Handicap Fleet.

Can I do this using Sailwave and if so, how?

Thanks very much for your response.

I think what you've suggested is what I've tried (using finish times) and it works for the Lasers in the Medium Fleet but DOES NOT work for the Phantoms in the Fast Fleet!!
Hence my post for help.
