If I may be so bold to post here… 
I've installed Redmine. We use it at work for tracking
bugs/features/versions etc. Please feel to register. You can
‘watch’ ‘issues’. You can also create your own and update
existing ones. All registrations are approved by hand to stop
spammers. So a possible delay but 99% of the time I’m sat here…
Note the sign out issue on the redmine task.
