Somebody was asking about a refresh every N seconds recently. I added an effect to the library that can be included when publishing. It does it in a way that clears the cache so changes in data are seen. You can do it without Javascript using meta tags but I suspect not all browsers obey them. Default is 10 seconds which can be overridden using a rate=milliseconds arg in the url to the results.
