retirement scores

New to Sailwave and have completed a trial series results - in one race - race 2 the retirement score (set as no. starters in race plus one) is incorrect only registering as the number in the race but correct in races 5 and 6. I cannot find an error but have probably got something wrong but cannot work out what. Help please?
