We are think of trying RHC this summer for a crusers series.
For practise, I generated TOTs for a previous series and generated the equivalent with RHC.
Although it seems to do something, the “new Rating” in the individual races are constant (not changing as I would expect), even though BCR does change.
Can I get New Rating for each race?

An example is worth 10K words.
After looking at example, it is rating column that gives predicted TCF for the next race.( I hope)
