Hi

There is a copy of the new rules showing changes from 2005-9 here http://www.sailing.org/25472.php

This has ALL the changes marked, including the Appendices :slight_smile:

If anyone finds the new version of Appendix L(E) could you email SUG please with the url

It is due to be posted on the ISAF web site after the November conference

I have been corresponding with Arthur Engel who is a member of the ISAF Rules Committee

They have had a difficult job taking over from Perrti Lipas who sadly passed away

I will try & have a detailed look later this week and post any significant changes on SUG - unless other members beat me to it :wink:
