I've looked around, but can't find any documentation on the proposed new RYA Cruiser Handicapping System.

Can someone point me to the docs? Thanks.

Hi Andy,

The only official release that I know of is this

The actual spec is pretty close but not yet finalised. There is one for Regattas and one for Club racing
