Thanks to Huw for preparing the files
In some instances, there is more than one number for a class which is due to different
configurations.

If you have already updated your ratings, you may wish to edit the class description to identify

Canoe Int (873) with an Asymmetric
Canoe Int (905) without
Laser Pico (1259) Double Handed 2 Sail
Laser Pico (1263) Single Handed Single Sail
Mirror (1386) Double Handed 3 Sail
Mirror (1372) Single Handed 2 Sail
Mirror ((1364) Single Handed 3 Sail
I think I have got them all but please check my figures before editing just in case

In some instances (Topaz?) the builder is marketing the various configurations in different names.
Please bear in mind that when the PY numbers were published, the 'brand names' may not have been
known

In other instances, the configuration was not declared when clubs sent in their returns so the RYA
PY is based upon the normal/standard configuration (whatever normal is these days!!)
If you have a class which has had some recent development which significantly affect its
performance - beware of using the published PY.

In this year's Tiger Trophy we used 860 for the low flying aircraft (or foiling Moth as some know
it) which was the PY used at their Nationals last year
Discussions with the Cherubs identified that whilst some now had twin trapezes, their speed was not
significantly altered as new sails were still being developed.

Regards
Ralph

Ralph,

Thanks for reminding me. I will do the necessary and resend to Colin when
done.

I will also provide a file of other ratings that I have acquired/calculated
over time, I know that they might not be appropriate now, but they might be
better than nothing.

Kind regards,
Huw
