I've reuploaded the RYA PY 2003 file such that it has the proper line
sequence ending for Windows (CRLF) - it had been changed to a Unix
line end seqnence (LF) and Sailwave doesn't read it correctly. If
you've been having problems with this file, please doenlaod it again.
