Hi Guys
I hope you can help a newby - I having trouble uploading our race series results to the RYA I’ve tried direct via the plugin tab and the upload option via the RYA web site neither work for me.
The plugin process popup advises it cant connect to the RYA suggesting some form of error, I believe I have completed the configuration section correctly and made sure the race dates are correct to no avail
The direct file upload shows the browse option when located and entered it then shows no further response at all

Hi Trevor,
Just want to make sure which version of Sailwave you are using . There were some changes to the server last year so you have to be using one of the recent versions.

I appreciate your help, I have just downloaded this update (sw2-16-7) at your prompt thank you, the procedure connected this time but with the following message:-
Failed to upload file C:\Users\Trevor\AppData\Local\Temp\blwFEDF.htm to RYA/Sailracer as 8100412_sws0761816388925954_2.xml Error = 2
