Langstone is running the Topper Southerns this weekend, and we will
be using Sailwave.

When entering competitors, is there a quick way to delete all
the 'crew' column in one hit, or do you have to do it as you enter
each competitor?

Not presently.

You may find it easier to edit the .blw file directly - it's just a plain
text file arranged as lines of comma separated fields.

Look for lines starting "compcrew" - the next field will be the crew name -
you can simply delete all these lines and then save the file. If you want
to swap the crew names to the helm column, use a text editor to replace all
occurrences of "compcrew" with "comphelm".

Hi Jenny,

If it is just a presentation thing that you are after, then a quick and
simple method is to just not display the Crew column. You can achieve this
by:

1. Click the 'View' option from the Menu Bar
2. Click the 'Columns...' option from the Drop Down Menu
3. Uncheck the box next to 'Crew Column' in the 'View Columns' dialogue

This will remove the column from the Sailwave display and is also honoured
when you publish the results.
