Sailwave and Ubuntu

Hi,

I recently installed Ubuntu on my HP-laptop, a clean installation without any MS-products. After that I installed Wine ande Sailwave. Yes, it started ok but have vertical lines in all fields to edit and can't edit any cells! Any solutions?

I am sorry, I don't have a solution but only information. This is a known problem which has appeared during last half a year.

There is an open ticket for MacOs environment at http://www.codeweavers.com/support/tickets/browse/?ticket_id=757503;list=13;ticket_level=0 .

I have not found out which is the missing font and how to get it.

Can anyone tell if there was any change of fonts in Sailwave after April? Or is there some change in the way how Wine finds the right font?

Anders,

I recall Colin having this problem a few months ago - don’t know if he resolved it?

I have Ubuntu (jaunty) with Wine 1.0.1 (as loaded with Synaptic Package Manager) and don’t experience this. Colin had a later version of Wine.
