For some of the smaller club that have a diverse group of sailors, a
personal handicap system is being talked about. In some cases, there is a
fixed or max adjustment and in other cases it varies.
The thinking is to help the smaller clubs get more individuals out on the
water sailing.

Also for scoring I know that we are to use the ISAF methods, but how does
one score using the Cox-Sprauge system, where the scoring is based upon the
high point system and the boats get different point depending on number of
baots in the race.<
