I'm in the process of acquiring a Dart 18 catamaran. I'm going to call it
Sailwave and need it badged up as such; hulls and sails, and also a nice big
flag which somebody has agreed to take to Poland for the Amber Cup! Is
there anybody out there that would be interested in supplying these items in
return for advertising space on the Sailwave web site? Or a plug-in? You

I hope it's OK mentioning this but in general I'm always interested in
win-win barter deals; for example:-
PROMOTIONAL ITEM DEALS
� Company X supplies Sailwave promotional items (mugs, tee-shirts, beer mats
etc) with both the Sailwave AND their own logo, web site etc.
� In return I distribute the items to clubs for use at events and provide
advertising space on the Sailwave web site for company X.
PLUG-IN DEALS
� I write a Sailwave plug-in for you; i.e. a bit of Sailwave functionality
specific to your club/event/association.
� In return you name Sailwave as an event sponsor, or supply Sailwave
promotional materials.
TRAINING DEALS
� You put us (Colin, Sheena, Ben(12) and Laura(10)) up for a week somewhere
warm!
� I supply a day or two of hands-on Sailwave training.
There is also scope for mentioning companies etc in the Software itself but
I'm not sure that is of much use. As far as advertising space on the web
site goes, the download page and always-visible top/left frames would be
attractive options.
Many happy customers, particularly in the D18/D15 fleets as this what we
sail at Rutland. Also do a lot of work for Steve Sawford at SS Marine who
manufactures the access dinghy, most of which carry sponsors logos.
