I agree with the suggested change. Having the two halves of the sail number
Nationality and Sail Number separated makes no sense. Also for completeness
you should show the Nationality and the Sail number on the Sail Number

Is it possible to modify le columns sequence?
I need the NAT column immediatly before the Sail # column.
As by Appendix G, every boat of an ISAF International Class or
Recognized Class shall carry the NAT code (national letters) placed
above the sail number, so may be useful to draw them togheder.
