SailWave date format

Dates are used in start times and finish times. The expected date format is defined in Setup+SeriesOptions and must take one of the forms:-

day/month/year
month/day/year
year/month/day
day-month-year
month-day-year
year-month-day

However, I can not find Setup+SeriesOptions with version 2.5.1.

The default Date format is m/d/y, which I would like to change.
I have searched all of the tabs with no luck.

Any suggestions ?

If you use sail num wizard, then edit race, then edit start, and click All starts tab you will find the date format options
