If in "Publishing Destination" I select the first option Word opens
automatically with the relevant results displayed
and I print OK by either the Print button or via File.
I can also use the third destination OK to the Club website.
The problem occurs when I use the second or fourth destination options in
the manner I described i.e. when I have edited with HTML,

The 4th option writes a HTML file and then fires up MSWord (for example) on
it. AIUI your crash is happening when you print from Word (not Sailwave),
hence my previous suggestion to save the file from Sailwave as if you were
going to upload to your website and then open it manually with Word and then
see if it crashes when you print. If it does, it points at a problem with
Word97 and HTML.
