Colin,
When you have a spare moment could you tell me how to add to scoring codes
for the various `average pints` a plus?
Our sailing secretary considers entering an open meeting deserves average
points + 5 not just average points,

This is now done for the 4 'average' methods. The value can be positive or
negative. The change will be available in the beta release of 1.47 which
will be available earlier.
