Hi,
I couldn't seem to register or log in. The system kept coming back saying I
needed to enter a user name. Unfortunately, I tried to log in before I tried
to register. I thought "Register" meant register for an event instead of
register as a user.

Hi George,
The link I posted is to the event managers interface. Form here you as the
event manager would create events and set them up as you wish etc. From
here you would also post news and download completed competitor forms etc.
A different URL will be available for the competitor interface to each event
that you create, or to a list of all your events (for the competitor to
see).
You are correct in that you need to register with sailwave-event as an event
manager to begin creating events etc. Can you try registering again, it
seems OK here. If you get an error message can you tell me exactly what it
says. Very very early days but all feedback appreciated.
