Click on the drop down menu then hit the Print Screen button (bet you thought
it was redundant in windows!!). It will appear that nothing has happened but
what you have actually done is send a copy of the screen to the clip board.
Go to a Word document & place the cursor where you want to put the picture
then hit Control V and the picture will be pasted into your Word doc.
Depending how your Word is set up, view the Picture Toolbar & you can edit
the pasted picture to just show the part you need, using the Crop tool
This works in any piece of software & has earned me some good money in the
past, producing manuals for software

Further to Ralph's reply, using the Alt key with Print Screen copies
just the active window. (I was furious when I discovered this Print
Screen trick, as my employer's IT group had known about it for ages,
and I'd alway struggled when transfering graphical data into
presentation software!)
