Those who prefer not to be inundated with email from this group can elect to recieve it in digest form, or not at all in favor of browsing threads on the group site at their convenience.
I would recommend against moving away from a working solution without clearer motivation. Seems to me keeping all the discussions centralized simplifies communication for all involved.

From: “Colin Jenkins” Reply-To: sailwave@yahoogroups.comTo: “Sailwave User Group” Subject: [sailwave] ForumsDate: Fri, 26 Apr 2002 10:41:29 +0100I’ve been fiddling in the background with a Sailwave Forums page on the website, as suggested by somebody a while ago. If you’re interested it canpreviewed at http://www.sailwave.com/cgi-bin/ib/ikonboard.cgi. It’s poweredby the free Ikonboard scripts. I’m not sure it’s worth putting on-linethough - I like the email format of this group, but am aware that others mayprefer the non-invasiveness of a forum and that in fact this is the SUG andI’m a guest, so I should set something up of my own. Any thoughts?Regards,Colin—Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).Version: 6.0.350 / Virus Database: 196 - Release Date: 17/04/2002------------------------ Yahoo!
