I'm removing the concept of the sailwave mailing list. People are
changing their email addresses frequently these days and thus email
addresses get of out date quickly. Also, it confuses people having a
mailing list and the user group - which can act like a mailing list.
Thirdly, most people don't like joining mailing lists these days for
fear of getting smpammed to death. I'll be promoting the SUG as the
primary source of up-to-date information...
