Hi Ralph
It can be done. I think the quickest way would be to write a macro, but I
would need to know what column had what in. The macro just creates a text
file with the data in the following format,
"comptally","","5",""
"compnat","","5",""
"compfleet","","5",""
"compboat","","5",""
"compclass","Oppie","5",""
"compsailno","4747","5",""
"compcrew","David Evans","5",""
"compclub","","5",""
"comprating","","5",""
"compwindrats","","5",""
I believe you have the notice of race for some 29er events coming up soon,
if you would pass them on to me I can publish them on the class website.
Thanks
Martin Mitchell

Subject: [sailwave] Sailwave query -
Hi,
I would like to set up a master sailwave file with all the members at the
club and the boats they sail.
The thought of inputting the data manually, does not excite me particularly
as I have all the necessary data in an Excel spreadsheet.
Does anyone know how I can import the data into a .blw file?
Regards,
Ralph Tingle
