[sailwave] Rating File Folder

It may be worth trying installing sailwave somewhere else (ie c:\sailwave) and see if the problem still
happens then.
  Its a long shot but we've seen problems elsewherewhen a file called c:\program is created, you don't have
something like that lurking around at the top of your c: drive?

That's the problem then - like Sailwave, Windows thinks that folder does not
exist. Suggest you delete it (saving content first) and then recreate it by
hand and restore content. Try the command and sailwave again...

I then tried deleting the folder and recreating it, but still no
luck.

I then tried installing 1.58trial, get the same message up as soon as
I click on the icon even before the program starts.

Hope this helps. (not too serious though as at least the program
functions when I click Okay.
