[sailwave] Rating File Folder

Hi Colin

Last night I installed the last non beta version and the message was real. I could not load any ratings. Nor could I see the file. ( I think) I reloaded an early version and the ratings file was readable.

I seem to remember on a different PC that indeed the message was just a phantom message. I haven't tracked it down though. (I think it was an ME operating system)

Hi Mark,

Are the ratings actually unusable or is it just a 'phantom' message - i.e.
if you press the [Rating files] button on the tool bat do you see your
ratings loaded from the files in the folder. If so the message is an
annoyance rather then 'real'. Or is the list empty?
