Hi Ken & Tony,
A couple of things I found in getting a licence key. One firewall
issue and possible email address issue.
I do not use Microsoft Firewall but an alternative (Vista Firewall
Control) and that popped up a warning saying would let a
communication channel between CBS on my PC and the CBS server. So it
might be worth checking if you have a firewall blocking the
communication channel CBS install on your PC is trying to establish
with the CBS server to register your email and send out a licence
key.
When I allowed the connection one of my attempts with an email
succeeded. I am not sure if my first attempt with one email was
blocked because I had not allowed the communication channel through
the firewall. But my second attempt with a different email address
worked.
