Ralph,
I'm not looking for a definitive ruling (as I guess you're not). but a forum
to discuss the intricacies of various topics, either on the water or Race
Management.
Colin, how would we go about establishing such - is there a need beyond Ralph
and me?

Thoughts?

Does the ISAF, RYA or USSA have any forums for race management?

As far as I know, the RYA and USSA do not. ISAF does via ISAF
Sailor, but it's not used very much. Perhaps governing bodies are
worried that they may be associated with any comments made on forum
hosted by them...?
