Hi,
I must really keep up ! had not noticed Colin had released 2.5.1 so thought I would try it on the office PC 64 bit Win 7. Interestingly it would not run at all I just get that it had crashed on starting with a faulting module of vrfcore.dll which is a microsoft application verifier.
There had been some earlier Sailwave on the PC so I did and uninstall and a re-install but still the same. So I renamed the sailwave.exe file sailwave2-5-1.exe and if I run this it runs OK!! change the name back to sailwave.exe and it won’t run. Presumably something is cached somewhere. Maybe this will help Maybe not.

Uninstall the microsoft verifier?
I have no idea what it is - I don't link to that DLL.

To check on this, I uninstalled my 2.4.9 and installed 2.5.1 (on
Win7 64 Home Premium)
It seems to work fine - didn't experience anything as described by
Jon. Just that the UAC warning doesn’t pop up any more.
