[sailwave] Sailwave Support

Colin,

The SUG principle is good as we can see what others are doing without
clogging up your system & time.
What about going the whole hog & setting up a forum on the web site instead
so that we can see all the questions & answers & follow the various threads.

Possible but it would mean consciously going to the forum, whereas email
just arrives - you can have a look and either delete the messages or ret to
help. The trouble is that email is slightly more invasive... Another
possibility is me leaving the SUG alone and setting up another group for
Sailwave support - and inviting users to join in and help... In that way
the SUG stays what it was set up for...

Colin
