Sailwave Sponsors

Hi everybody,

I have reincarnated the Sailwave sponsorship scheme. If you would like
to support Sailwave by becomming a Sailwave sponsor please have a look
at the sponsor page of the web site.

If you are already a sponsor and have been for 4 or 5 years and
Sailwave is continuing to be an assest, please consider a futher
contribution.
Regards,
Colin J

Dear Colin,

I have been a member of the Yahoo group for the last little while, long enough to appreciate how hard you and others work to solve problems and meet the needs of users. I therefore am strongly urging my club to become a sponsor. Naturally, the question is: How much? Our fleet amounts to 30 boats racing on average once a week through the year. Our racing fee is $35 for members, $60 for nonmembers (regattas are extra). Of course $5 would be ludicrous, and $5000 out of the question. Can you give me some kind of guideline, an average for clubs, or a range? Thanks.

Hi Charles,

Thanks for considering supporting Silawave with a sponsorship. Club
typically pay about US$100. Would it be easier if I introduced Bronze,
Silver and Gold fixed prices? - (I find it difficult asking for money
but given the tax bill tax in front of me and the time I devote to
Sailwave it has become a necessity (again).

Thanks again.

Colin
