Version 39 Beta 1 has been uploaded to the web site. Has a tweak to
auto-include a previously unsailed competitor when you add a result for
them. Thanks for the feedback about this.
Also in this build is a draft-implementation of an ISAF SCHRS rating
calculator. Will extend later to save value/params in a library and print
rating certificates etc etc. The calculator should be useful at long
distance events when non-standard cats turn up for example. Tested against
lots of know values - seems OK.
