That explains a lot. I wondered why there weren't higher wind speeds as we
routinely race in 20+ winds. Since they are categories, I assume no one in
their right mind would be racing in the 5-8 category seeing as those numbers
aren't wind speeds but categories of winds ie: gentle, fresh, gale force etc.
