Sailwave+XP

Colin,
Thank for your comments but I'm afraid that I am no closer to solving the
problem. Your comment about security systems might help, though. When I
paste a section of a Word document to a Email Message (such as this) I get
the following error message "Your current security settings prohibit running
ActiveX controls on this page. As a result, the page may not display
correctly"
Search as I may, I cannot find any way of turning on and off security
controls.
Yours
Richard

Hi Richard,

I think the clue is the FileNotFound message after copying files form

disk -

perhaps there is some sort of XP security scheme getting in the way? Have
you tried installing Sailwave while logged in as administrator? The

publish

menu is constructed at run time from the HTML files in

sailwave\templates -

which is presumably (apparently) empty - perhaps for the same reason that
you can't see copied files. Not much help I know but the results are
consistent. CJ. I have nil experience of XP I'm afraid. I do know that

a

few members of the SUG use XP - hopefully they'll see your message. I'll
look at the installation program I use to see if it has any tips about
installing onto XP.

Regards

ActiveX security settings are in Internet
Explorer, changing them might help. As the about screen still says version 38
after installing 39b2 it might be worth uninstalling and redownloading sailwave,
then installing it again.

Hope it helps
