Have an event with three separate series. Score series always gives the error message X is not in start for each race in the series. X is always the last tallied competitor. Hit OK each time and scores correctly. Annoying as it happens for all of the series. Suggestions?
This sounds like the same problem I reported in the recent thread
"New user to Sailwave having some problems" ending in message
numbers 9228 and 9229
Error message "is not in a start for race": The solution is to edit
each race and add a new start. I was not aware that this was
necessary, but it did fix the problem. Each race now reads:
Start 1 All competitors Place
This "feature" may be new to V2.00 build 6?

Thanks Peter. That fixed it. Does seem to be new to V2.0 build 6, but
not a very useful feature?

Sailwave should make sure there is always at least
one start for each race. if not - it’s broken - which is quite
possible because I started a big development with starts then
backtracked. I’ll look at it ASAP.

I’ve uploaded version 2.00 build 7 which contains
the fix for starts not being auto populated. Apologies for the
hassle…
