Is there a way to score 1)by class (i know that part) and 2)by fleet within the class?
we have a multiple class regatta... laser, taser, 420,etc plus optimists in 4 different fleets. If, in the registration window, i mark 'class' optimist, and fleet 'red/blue/green etc' is there a way to do the double scoring sort with the other boats listed under 'class'?
thanks
paul

You can score as one group and sort by fleet. This will give overall results for the entire group and results for each fleet. This method will work if you have a separate Sailwave series for the Optimists.
If the Optimist results are on the same result sheets with the other classes, the simplest method for entering results is to use one series file for all classes. With this setup you will want to score groups of competitors separately by a grouping field (class or fleet). You will have to do the scoring and publishing twice. (1) Score with grouping by class and publish the results of the classes. This will provide results for all classes. (2) Scoring with grouping by fleet. Boats with no fleet will be omitted from results. Publish the Opti fleets.
You may want to include the fleet column in the first listing to show the Opti fleets.
