I set up a scoring code for arbitration as a 40% scoing penalty and
checked the box "this is a penalty or redress code" under the
propertys tab in the edit scoring dialog box. The scoring code seems
to work fine adding the 40% to the score and leaving the other
scores as they were. But when I close the program and open it up
again the "this is a penalty or redress code" box is unchecked and
if I re-score the series the code does not act as it should, by
moving the other boat\ scores. Any ideas? I am using Win XP Pro.
