Jon I am grateful if you remember, if there was a score system in sailwave for windsurfing, especially the appendix B (Windsurfing Competition Rules) A8 Series Ties A8.1,

Hi Sergio,
I hope I understood you question.
There is support for these Tie breaking systems in Sailwave but you need to enable them - Go to Setup - User Interface and enable the extra features
Then you will see them in the scoring system

How about Appendix B scoring?
We had the Greek Championship of windsurfing where the rule from Appendix B says:
Rule A8 is changed to:
A8.1 If there is a series-score tie between two or more boards, they
shall be ranked in order of their best excluded race score.
Click “User Interface” in toolbar and enable “non-standard series tie options”
Click “scoring system” in toolbar, “series scoring” tab, tick the App B option now shown.

Yes appendix B is supported
You would change the name to Appendix B or whatever you wish to call it and
note you have to enable this option in the Setup user interface
