Hi Colin,
For our regatta (and Laser open), we have Standards and Radials on
the same start/finish.
I'd like to be able to get positions for Radials split out from
Standards, and so have set them up as separate fleets.
We've then entered the results as they cross the line - i.e. just
entering sail number and letting Sailwave increment the position
(using the Sail Number Wizard) - Radials and Standards intermixed.
However, when we publish the results, the positions in the fleets
are overall positions, rather than just in the fleet - i.e. if the
1st Radial had 4 Standards before it, its position is shown as 5th).
Is it possible to set things up so that the different fleets have
their own positions, but still enter the sailnumbers in straight
finishing order?
Thanks,
James
Hi James,
That would happen if you scored the boats across fleets (Tools+Score) and
sorted by the fleet column. From your description I would guess that you
need to score the fleets separately - Tools+ScoreFleetSeperately.
