Scoring with and without penalty

I'm trying to get our club to adopt Sailwave as their scoring
software, but to do that I first need to figure out how to incorporate
a unique penalty in the scoring.

We are using the PHRFTOT rating system. We race one race every
Wednesday in our summer series. We score each division twice, once
with penalty, and onces without penalty. The penalty is a rating
modification for boats that have won the series in previous years.
For example:

Normal Corrected Time calc:

c = e * A / (B + r)

Corrected Time calc with penalty:

won last year
c = (e * A / (B + r)) * 1.045
won 2 years ago
c = (e * A / (B + r)) * 1.030
won 3 years ago
c = (e * A / (B + r)) * 1.015

My question is how do we model this in Sailwave? We need to publish
both results, with and without penalty.

I thought maybe two scoring systems, but that doesn't let me adjust
rating on individual boats. Maybe Personal Handicaps? Or, do I need
to keep two sailwave files, obviously not ideal.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

I suppose one file different scoring systems and use an alias to duplicated the data.
